Power Mixed Yoga: |
A fusion of sweat
and serenity that will strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and
soften your spirit. Designed for all levels. You will be challenged
with a variety of postures, breathing techniques, and movement.

Power I: |
Perfect class for
beginners and pre/post natal as well as established yogis who desire
a deeper practice. |

Power II: |
For the more experienced yogi looking to deepen
their practice. Advanced postures will be broken down by the
instructor. |

Deep Stretch: |
Geared toward every level, this
class will lead students
through a series of stretches to increase flexibility, range of
motion and balance. By holding
seated and reclining postures for up to five minutes, students
enable the gradual and progressive release of connective tissue,
including fascia. When traumatized by injury or stress, fascia
tightens thus restricting blood flow and can results in stiffness
and pain. Since fascia has less blood flow than muscle, it takes
longer to stretch. This practice helps to bring elasticity and ease
to our bodies. |

Hot Yoga: |
Hot Yoga is a sequence of postures and breathing
exercises designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body
and provide a complete mind/body workout. Students of all levels
will benefit from postures that burn fat, tone the muscles, improve
circulation, and strengthen the immune system. Hot Yoga calms the
mind, promotes mental clarity, and helps reduce stress. Be prepared
to sweat and detoxify!

Universal Yoga: |
Universal Yoga is
a spiritual and physical yoga system for those with yearnings for
personal, spiritual development. The system provides all the
techniques for the attainment of high spiritual aspirations with the
secondary benefit of achieving good health and physical strength and
flexibility. Spiritual growth is aimed toward the achievement of
realizing the True Self. Andrey Lappa brought these techniques out
of the monastic world, codified them into a logical system and
evolved that system so that it can be used by anyone living in the
ordinary world. Andrey, a reknowed yoga master in Europe and the
Far East, trained Mara to teach this yoga system. |

Flow Yoga: |
Flow Yoga (also called Vinyasa)
is a dynamic systems of practicing asana (postures), linking breath
to movement. This class will build heat, endurance,
flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often
built around sun salutations. |

Community Class: |
Community classes are classes we offer at a discount to the
community taught by new teachers. Each one will vary according to
the teacher's personality and intention of the class. Each class is
$5 or a swipe of your key tag (whichever is cheaper for you!)
